To us each student is a viable individual which we personally get involved to ensure their growth as a student but also with their character. I love my students and staff. My 5 year old son attended a birthday party here. The activities were very organized and lots of fun! My son's favorite part was playing the ball game (not sure of the name) and kicking the board in two! We loved it so much we signed up for spring break camp after the party!

Love this place! My kids just attended their free trial class and the staff was extremely passionate and helpful. They took the time to teach each child individually. They took my kids to the side and gave them one on one and made them feel extremely welcomed on their first day!.. prices are very affordable. I'm so excited to be a Karate Mom for my kiddos!

FAQs

Do virtual martial arts classes offer the same benefits as in-person classes?

Yes, with one exception. Virtual classes don’t have the same social atmosphere as in-person classes, but they provide the same physical and mental benefits as our regular martial arts classes.

Do I need any special equipment to enroll in a virtual martial arts class?

All you need is loose, breathable workout clothes. You may want a mat as well, but it’s not a requirement. If you already have a uniform from a regular martial arts class, you can wear it.

How can I be sure I’m doing the workout properly?

Our instructors will provide the same detailed instructions and demonstrations they would in a live class. You’ll be able to follow their instructions to ensure you are mastering each skill you learn.

Are virtual classes live or can I set my own schedule?

The classes are available live and for most students, this option offers the ideal experience. However, we recognize that not everybody’s schedule is the same. If you can’t attend the class when it’s happening, we make recordings available, so you can work out on your own schedule.

Will taking a virtual martial arts class help me to lose weight?

It can. The best way to lose weight is to combine a regular fitness routine with a healthy diet that’s rich in fruits and vegetables. Your body will respond best to foods that have plenty of nutrients.
